The default install location has changed as they're getting rid of the "Origin Games" folder. Again, just an anomaly of the app and it'll be the correct size when it installs. Of course, as you might know from Origin it's really about 12.6GB. The size of the download says something like 10GB. Rest assured it is the Ultimate Collection that is installed. The cover art says The Sims 2 Double Deluxe and the title in your EA Library is The Sims 2. Some things to note, which don't affect the game but you might notice: This has been the case for a range of games - there's no reason to panic about Sims 2 specifically. The game definitely does install and run from the EA App as of now, and there is no reason to assume that it will stop working - the reason for it not currently downloading for some people is simply hiccups in development of the new app. If you contact support about it, you may get unhelpful and incorrect answers such as in the OP's post - ignore these, and ask to speak with someone else. I have verified this today - if the game is not showing up in your library in the EA App, or if you are having trouble installing, this is likely an issue with the app that will be resolved in the coming months. The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection is on the new EA App and can be installed and played with in the exact same way as Origin. I'll pin this comment just to be sure the correct info is at the top.
